On behalf of Cholula Hot Sauce, CSSI teamed up with Dog Haus to create an irresistible burger LTO, with a portion of profits going to No Kid Hungry.
Partnering with Michelin-starred chefs and mixologists from around the country, Dog Haus worked to launch new and unique menu items monthly in support of No Kid Hungry, including a special collaboration with Cholula.
Playing up flavor in bold and exciting ways brought new life to a classic burger—and Cholula has the right profile to deliver.
Dog Haus teamed up with CSSI’s Jessica Bograd—chef ambassador for Cholula and an LSBS Award-Winning BBQ Pit Master—to create the craft casual concept’s newest limited-time item for its No Kid Hungry Chef Collaboration Series.
Made exclusively for Dog Haus’ acclaimed menu, the OG Cholula Burger features an Angus beef patty, white American cheese, Cholula brown-sugar bacon, Cholula onion jam, a fried egg and Cholula mayo, all served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.
The 8-week LTO was a smash hit. Dog Haus has since rolled out additional menu items inspired by the OG Cholula Burger and extended the LTO timeline through July. The program was also successful in raising much-needed funds for No Kid Hungry.
