In order to be a better partner to distributors and help them foster more powerful operator relationships, McCain Foods engaged TAP in the development of the Sidekick Program, a “one-stop shop” for everything a distributor needs to sell McCain products and help operators succeed.

McCain Foods’ comprehensive support around the hottest food trend platforms positions both McCain and the distributor as full thought partners to their operator customers.

The Plan

Build a secret headquarters of trend-focused sales support and knowledge.

The Alchemedia Project helped McCain Foods create the program’s online command center, stocking it with an arsenal of sales materials, training videos and podcasts, culinary, insightful articles and more. Ongoing communications, a tricked-out IFDA meeting room and collateral materials rounded out the launch.

The Idea

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Super Distributor!

Bold “super hero” graphics and verbiage worked together to engage distributors in the program and encourage them to sign up for Sidekick support as “Super Distributors.”
